Sharing a shake following a good doctor's appointment.

Larry "Bo" was my dear husband of 55 years. We found out about SECU house through a friend. She and her husband were staying there while he was undergoing treatments at Wake Forest. Bo and I stayed there for about 6 weeks while he had treatment. The place was a godsend, providing an inexpensive place to stay. While there we enjoyed every evening meal and some breakfast meals. The food was donated by local organizations and individuals at no cost to us. The friendliness of the staff, as well as their helpfulness, can't be put into words. Since we lived a couple hours away from Winston, and with Bo being exhausted after having daily treatments, we welcomed this place to relax and meet with the new friends we made.
